CHANGES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CREDITS

 We at Outdoor Living strive to make your experience as smooth as possible.  There will be times when one’s mind changes, or seeing something installed just doesn’t seem “right”.   We understand this, and encourage you to work with your Salesperson within the policies below.

Returns within 48 hours of order

Please contact us to exchange, cancel, return or exchange your item(s) within 2 days of placing your order.  An additional delivery charge of $100 per trip may be assessed if we need to return to your home to pick up furniture.  We will process your refund in full within 10 business days, by Company check.

Returns beyond two (2) days of order

If you need to cancel, return, or exchange an item after two days of ordering, there will be a 25% restocking charge assessed.
Please Note: We do not refund services that have already commenced or concluded, such as finishing or delivery charges.

Back-order cancellations within 72 hours

Choose furniture very carefully. When you place a Back-order, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable after 72-hours.
Estimated Back-order lead time: If in-stock at the overseas warehouse, the average lead time is 12-16 weeks, otherwise subject to factory’s production/shipping scheduling. Unfortunately much is out of our control once your order has been placed, but we strive to keep you informed of updates.

Cushion changes or cancellations

You must be very sure of your Cushion choices, as custom Cushion orders are payable by a 100% non-refundable deposit and can not be cancelled or returned. This is to hasten production and once commenced, it is very difficult to stop. There may be some refunds that can be provided mid-production, but please discuss these options with your Salesperson.
Estimated Cushion lead time is subject to factory’s production/shipping schedule. Local Cushions 4-6 weeks; Factory Cushions 8-12 weeks.

Special order changes or cancellations within 72 hours

Special ordered furniture is made to your exact specifications and therefore can not be cancelled, returned or exchanged. When you place an order for a custom piece, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable after 72-hours. The remaining 50% will be charged when your order is received on-island.
Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges can not be accepted.
Estimated lead times can vary greatly, but 16-20 weeks can be expected and is subject to factory’s production/shipping schedule.

Clearance items within 48 hours

Merchandise is sold As-Is, without warranty or service. If returned within 48 hours, Clearance Items will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Engraved/personalized items

These items are special order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Payment of Refunds

All refunds are repaid by Company check. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and receipt. Alternatively, credits are available indefinitely on account and can be used at any time with no expiration, and are fully transferable.
