FURNITURE DELIVERY and INSTALLATION with ALOHA
At Outdoor Living, we strive to complete your order, from start to finish, with personalized and friendly service, every time. From your initial contact with our Sales team, to the receipt of your order by our Warehouse and Delivery team, you will be welcomed and served with Aloha.
What to expect when you receive your Order
We expect you to enjoy your purchase right away, without having to delay the joy of its use due to assembly. Therefore, your order will always be received completely assembled and ready for installation. This allows our experienced Warehouse team the opportunity to carefully unpack, inspect and verify every piece of your order before your receipt.
Managing inventory in the middle of the Pacific, far from distribution channels, has its challenges. There are times that backorders are necessary, in particular with custom ordered items such as cushions. However, we at Outdoor Living, our desire is for you to enjoy your purchase as soon as is feasible, and avoid any inconvenience more than necessary. Thus we offer a unique lending program while your backordered item is in process, providing our clients with loaners when available, with our compliments.
Picking up from our Warehouse/Showroom
We request at least 24 hours notice before picking up your order. Discuss the day and approximate time to expect you with your Salesperson.
Please remember that your order will be fully assembled, ready for immediate installation when you reach home. Therefore, prepare to provide blankets, ropes, or strapping to secure within your vehicle. Our Warehouse team should be available to help you load, and can provide additional packing materials if needed.
Complimentary Delivery or Charges
We appreciate our loyal clients, and provide complimentary delivery charges. If your order is in excess of $2,000, or you are a return client in excess of this amount purchased with us, we gladly offer you complimentary delivery. If you are less than this amount, work with your Sales person to see if we can make accommodations for you in the delivery scheduling for your area. If it can’t be arranged, there will a flat $100 delivery fee charged.
Scheduling your Delivery
We offer Delivery and Installation into, generally, one area of an island per day per week. We can accommodate specific delivery requests only as scheduling permits.
At the time of scheduling, please notify us of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. For example, please let us know of needs related to gated entry access, multiple flights of stairs and service elevators, narrow or steep passages, unpaved roads and driveways, or restricted delivery times.
Preparing for furniture Delivery
Please ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.
If you are replacing furniture and wish to have our Delivery team remove it, please work with your Sales person in evaluating if it is suitable for re-homing. We work with non-profits to re-home usable furniture for a small fee. If the furniture is considered un-useable, we can haul away your furniture and deliver the landfill for a larger fee.
